Beta Tester Non-Disclosure & Liability Agreement

1. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

The tester acknowledges that all materials, clinical directives, and systemic frameworks provided within the MacDougall Consulting for Disabilities portal (the "Sovereignty Vault") are proprietary intellectual property. The tester agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any documents, structures, or concepts accessed during this beta test.

2. Scope of Use: Not Legal or Medical Advice

The tools provided within this platform are strictly for self-advocacy and educational purposes. They do not constitute formal legal counsel, medical prescribing, or guaranteed regulatory outcomes. MacDougall Consulting for Disabilities is not a law firm. Testers utilizing these documents for real-world scenarios do so at their own discretion and risk.

3. Artificial Intelligence Caution

Certain structural and formatting components of these tools utilize artificial intelligence. AI makes mistakes. The tester acknowledges that all documents must be thoroughly reviewed by the user for accuracy, completeness, and specific situational relevance prior to being presented to a care home, hospital, or regulatory body.

4. Feedback Ownership

Any feedback, suggestions, or operational corrections provided by the tester during the beta phase become the exclusive property of MacDougall Consulting for Disabilities and may be used to modify the commercial platform without compensation or ongoing royalties to the tester.
